Xiaomi Electric Scooters – A Taste of the Electric Evolution

Well known for its smartphones the Xiaomi brand has made waves in the personal electric vehicle revolution with their successful and popular Xiaomi scooters.

One of the best-selling electric scooter brands and one of the first scooter models to rise in the market was the Xiaomi M365. This Xiaomi electric scooter was first released in China in 2016 and followed through to America and Europe in 2017 and 2018.

These scooters really found their place in the landscape of electric scooters after Bird the rental scooter company, first put their fleets on roads all around the world.

So chances are that a Xiaomi was probably one of the first electric scooters that ever caught your attention as it whizzed by. Since then they have released their new range, including the Essential, 1S and Pro 2.

Xiaomi e scooters are great for an entry level rider who’s ready to discover what e scooter life really feels like. They’re quite easy to use with specs that will give you a taste of the freedom of green transport.

The Xiaomi electric scooter range is famous for having one button with many uses. Turn it on, turn it off or change speed settings. Many people who’d never ridden an e-scooter before and taken the plunge have found that a this brand is a great way to experiment with how one of these vehicles can fit into your lifestyle. If you’ve had some experience riding around on one of these gadgets and you’re looking for an electric scooter for adults with a bit more power, take a look at our wider range. We stock Vsett, E-twow, Riley, Nami, Apollo, Swifty, Inmotion and Zero electric scooters.

A huge problem that we see with Xiaomi scooter models in our workshop is that they’ve been copied by many factories in China. So unless you’re purchasing from a reputable dealership, you might find yourself with a poor quality build or in the worst cases, a dangerous vehicle. Sometimes what is being sold as a Xiaomi simply isn’t. For this reason, we do urge those in the market for a Xiaomi scooter to buy from a trusted dealer who can perform any warranty repairs in house. This will save you the time, cash and hassle of sending your PEV back and forth to China when something needs to get fixed.

We’ve had customers in the past tell us of their ordeals and it definitely does not need to be that difficult! If you need help with verifying whether a dealer is reputable, drop us an email or give us a call. Our team of experts are happy to help verify them for you.
