Orders will usually take between two and seven working days to arrive. Postage and packing to mainland UK is FREE regardless of the product size and value, rest assured we will be doing everything possible to get your product to you ASAP and we´ll keep you informed every step of the way.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you get an order placed with us to reserve an item that is currently on back order or is a new item that has yet to be released, here you can find all information relating to pre-ordering.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?

Occasionally we may in peak periods sell out of an item due to the popularity that you'll be able to place orders for and reserve one from out new stock arriving. When an item is available to pre-order, we'll show you an estimated delivery date on the item product page.

We have new stock on order all of the time but is difficult to determine how quickly an item may sell and could sell out before the new stock arrives this is why we are now offering our customers to place a pre-order to reserve an item on new stock.

If you order anything else with your pre-ordered item, it'll only be sent to you when your pre-ordered item is available. You may want to place a separate order if you want your other items sooner.

Exceptions UK

Exceptions to free delivery are courier deliveries to the following regions and it will cost £20:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands* and islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight

*Courier deliveries to the following Scottish postcodes are excluded from free shipping:

  • KW1-14
  • PA34
  • PA37-39
  • PH19-26
  • PH19-26, 30-40, 49-50
  • PH41 sector 4
